An Easy Way to Set Up a Family Budget Sheet

Money problems have lead to the downfall of many couples. He doesn’t like how much money she spends on household expenses, and she resents his expenditures on toys like golf carts and mammoth TVs. Maybe she’s a shopaholic and buys more than the family can possibly ever use, or he could hold a tight rein on the purse strings and not provide the things his family needs. Couples can fight over money for many different reasons, but mainly because of a lack of it. Not having enough money can be really stressful which is why is strains a marriage.

So they can learn how to use their money properly, it’s usually best that these couples set up a budget sheet. You should put all of the paid bills in one convenient location. A photo storage box is excellent for this purpose. Keeping everything organized will help out a lot. It will especially be useful when it comes time to file taxes. You should do as the IRS recommends and keep all paperwork for at least three years. You could use three separate boxes for this.

You should also think about using your computer. You could use a spreadsheet to help make your budget. Some of the various columns could include entertainment, credit cards, groceries, housing, miscellaneous, etc. You could put the months on the left side of the spreadsheet. You can easily track your expenses using this spreadsheet. At the end of every month you’ll be able to total the expenses under each tab in your file box and place the totals under the appropriate heading. You have to add up all the different columns at the end of the year. It will be much easier to file taxes if you have everything calculated already.

Each month could also be totaled separately. This will give you a better idea of your monthly expenses. You can determine why you’re spending more money in a particular month if that’s the case. Doc No.wslsdhgt-sdgewa
