Summer In Paris

Paris is a city drenched in jazz history. This history is celebrated every year at the Paris Jazz festival, which happens every year in the Parc Floral de Paris between June and July. This festival invites crowd-drawing jazz legends but also endeavours to demonstrate new talent from developing talent of the world scene. The Balle au Bond is a very unique venue. This jazz club is basically a boat that’s docked in the Seine in central Paris with fairly reasonably priced drinks.

Le Bilboquet, 13 rue Saint-Benoit 6th is a Paris jazz institution all the way back to 1947. This is a great place to absorb the unique ambience in this sophisticated conglomerate. There isn’t any cover charge, however the drinks are expensive ( one tumbler of white wine costs 18EUR ).
